On the morning of December 27th, at the Department of Industry and Trade, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province held a conference to announce and present the Decision appointing the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, presented the decision and offered flowers to congratulate the new Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Attending the announcement ceremony were: Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Anh Xuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Thanh Hoa City People's Council; Dau Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee Member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and representatives of leaders from provincial and Thanh Hoa City departments and agencies.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Internal Affairs announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Tran Anh Chung, Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa City Party Committee, term 2020-2025, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa City People's Committee, term 2021-2026, to the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

Presenting the decision, offering congratulatory flowers, and giving a speech assigning the task, Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, stated: In implementing the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly , and based on the practical situation regarding personnel work, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has decided to transfer and assign Comrade Tran Anh Chung to the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
