Establishment of the Council for Appraisal of Professional and Technical Training Programs

Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish an Appraisal Council for 02 Professional Training Programs:

1. The Council for Appraisal of the Program for training in knowledge and skills on preventing and combating domestic violence, including the following persons:

Mr. Phan Tam, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Chairman of the Council.

Mr. Le Duc Trung, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Member.

Mr. Dang Ha Viet, Director of Department of Science, Technology, Training and Environment, Member and Reviewer 1.

Mr. Hoa Huu Van, Former Deputy Director of Family Department, Member and Reviewer 2.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Vice Principal of the School of Cultural, Sports and Tourism Management, Member and Secretary of the Council.

2. The Council of Appraisal of the Training Program on Professional Appraisal, Consulting and Services on Copyright and Related Rights, includes the following persons:

Mr. Phan Tam, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Chairman of the Council.

Mr. Le Duc Trung, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Member.

Mr. Dang Ha Viet, Director of Department of Science, Technology, Training and Environment, Member and Reviewer 1.

Ms. Pham Thi Kim Oanh, Deputy Director of the Copyright Office, Member and Reviewer 2.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Vice Principal of the School of Cultural, Sports and Tourism Management, Member and Secretary of the Council.

The appraisal councils are responsible for organizing the acceptance of the Program for training in knowledge and skills on domestic violence prevention and control and the Program for training in appraisal, consultancy and services on copyright and related rights, ensuring the prescribed quality and progress, and submitting them to the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism for consideration and promulgation.

The Council dissolves itself upon completion of its mission.
