Dak Lak announces key personnel of the Provincial People's Council

On the afternoon of July 2, the People's Council of Dak Lak province, term X, 2021-2026, held its first session to review and approve many contents under its authority.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council announced the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on appointing personnel to hold the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Head of Committees of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

The National Assembly Standing Committee appointed Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee appointed Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term. The Vice Chairmen of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term include: Mr. Tran Phu Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Mr. Do Thai Phong, member of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Dak Lak Provincial People's Council has approved the establishment of 4 committees, including: Legal Affairs, Economic - Budget, Culture - Society, and Ethnic Affairs. Ms. Pham Thi Phuong Hoa holds the position of Head of the Legal Affairs Committee; Ms. Phan Thi Ha Phuoc holds the position of Head of the Economic - Budget Committee; Mr. Le Van Cuong holds the position of Head of the Cultural - Social Committee; Ms. Do Thi Nhu Tinh holds the position of Head of the Ethnic Affairs Committee.

The meeting also announced the list of delegates of the Provincial People's Council after the merger; established and merged specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; approved the number and list of Deputy Heads and Members of the Provincial People's Council Committees; established the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council. The meeting also considered and decided on the organization of regular meetings, the supervision program of the Provincial People's Council; and the application of legal documents of the People's Council.

The meeting also announced the resolution of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council appointing members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, including: Mr. Nie Ta, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Mr. Phan Thanh Tam, Director of the Provincial Police; Mr. Bui Thanh Toan, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Truong Ngoc Tuan, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Tran Van Tan, Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Tran Hong Tien, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Bui Hong Quy, Director of the Department of Justice; Mr. Nay Phi La, Director of the Department of Health; Mr. Cao Dinh Huy, Director of the Department of Construction; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu An, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Nguyen Minh Huan, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Mr. Ngo Dinh Thien, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
