According to initial information, at around 11:45 a.m. the same day, a large mass of rock and soil from the positive slope suddenly collapsed, covering the road surface of Prenn Pass. Fortunately, there were no vehicles passing through the area at the time of the landslide.

Notably, the landslide point is located right in the area where construction is underway to repair subsidence and cracks caused by heavy rain in November 2025.
Immediately after the incident, the authorities of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat were present at the scene, regulating traffic and prohibiting all vehicles from passing. Vehicles were guided to move towards Sacom Pass (Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area).

Currently, all four main mountain passes connecting the center of Da Lat, including Prenn, Khanh Le, D'ran and Mimosa, have recorded landslides and cars cannot pass through.
Authorities recommend that people and tourists temporarily use alternative routes via Sacom Pass and Ta Nung Pass (DT.725) to enter and exit the Da Lat area.
