Quang Ngai enhances digital capacity for people and officials

QNgTV- The Department of Science and Technology has just evaluated and summarized the first phase of the digital skills training program on the online platform at the Quang Ngai Province Digital Education Portal. According to records, more than 49,400 cadres, civil servants, and public employees participated in the course.

As of November 28, 2025, the Digital Popular Education Portal recorded more than 202,800 participating student accounts.

Of these, there are more than 49,400 cadres, civil servants, public employees and more than 153,400 people. The course completion rate is high, with about 143,450 people receiving certificates, equivalent to more than 70%.

Quang Ngai has also promoted the improvement of human resources quality in the public sector through digital skills training programs and artificial intelligence applications. To date, 100% of provincial officials and civil servants have been trained in digital transformation. The province has organized AI skills training for about 8,000 officials and civil servants.

In the education sector, 100% of high school and university students are equipped with digital skills to study and interact safely online. The “Digital Family” and “Digital Ambassador” models are widely deployed, creating an important foundation for spreading digital skills in the community.
