Entering the peak of the land data cleaning campaign, the People's Committee of Binh Son commune has established Steering Committees and 40 teams to collect records in up to 40 villages to update and supplement national land data for households and individuals. Strengthening propaganda work, going to every alley, knocking on every door to collect, scan and enter data on land use right certificates and owner information into the system. Assigning party members to propagate, mobilize and guide people to properly implement regulations.
Binh Son Commune has more than 13,000 plots of land that need to be updated, adjusted and supplemented. Each file is checked and reviewed many times before being officially entered into the national database. The process is strictly implemented. From the stage of measuring the current status, comparing original files, to the work of publicly collecting opinions from people in villages and hamlets, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of all data.

The review has brought direct benefits to the people. Boundary disputes and overlaps that have lasted for many years have been thoroughly resolved through the re-determination of exact coordinates. Up to now, the whole commune has deployed the collection of records for more than 13,000 land plots in the area. Through the review, the Commune People's Committee has collected records of over 12,700 land plots and transferred them to the Branch of the Land Registration Office of Region I. Currently, there are 384 land plots that have not been collected because the users do not reside in the locality or work far away.
With the data reviewed and standardized, Binh Son commune has the most comprehensive and accurate picture of land resources. It is a solid premise for local authorities to plan economic and social development. From there, it is easy to attract investment and implement key projects without encountering legal or boundary problems.
Binh Son Commune has completed the digitization of land data, an important step to improve management efficiency and facilitate people's access to public services. Transparency and uniformity of information on the system help land procedures to be carried out quickly and safely, bringing practical benefits to people.
