Entering the peak phase of the land data cleanup campaign, the People's Committee of Binh Son commune established Steering Committees and 40 teams to collect documents in all 40 villages to update and supplement national land data for households and individuals. They intensified propaganda efforts, going door-to-door to collect, scan, and input land use right certificates and owner information into the system. Party members were assigned to disseminate information, mobilize, and guide people to comply with regulations.
Binh Son commune has over 13,000 land parcels that need updating, correction, and supplementation. Each file is checked and reviewed multiple times before being officially entered into the national database. The process is carried out rigorously. From surveying the current status and comparing it with original records to publicly soliciting opinions from residents in villages and hamlets, the accuracy and transparency of all data are ensured.

The review has directly benefited the people. Long-standing boundary disputes and overlaps have been thoroughly resolved through the re-determination of precise coordinates. To date, the entire commune has collected records for over 13,000 land parcels in the area. Through the review, the Commune People's Committee has collected records for over 12,700 land parcels and transferred them to the Regional Land Registration Office Branch I. Currently, there are still 384 land parcels for which records have not been collected because the users do not reside in the locality or are working far away.
With the data reviewed and standardized, Binh Son commune has the most comprehensive and accurate picture of its land resources. This provides a solid foundation for the local government to develop socio -economic development plans. From there, it becomes easier to attract investment and implement key projects without encountering legal obstacles or boundary issues.
Binh Son commune has completed the digitization of land data, a crucial step in improving management efficiency and facilitating people's access to public services. The transparency and uniformity of information on the system enable land procedures to be carried out quickly, safely, and with tangible benefits for the people.
