Thuy Nguyen City organized a thematic information conference: "Overview of AI technology and experiences in applying AI in practice"

Attending the Conference were: Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu, Vice Chairman of Thuy Nguyen City People's Committee, leaders of departments, offices, leaders of People's Committees of communes and wards; Mr. Pham The Anh, CEO of HeyU Technology Joint Stock Company.

At the Conference, CEO of HeyU Technology Joint Stock Company Pham The Anh introduced an overview of the "AI Hai Phong " application and instructions on how to use the main features. The application includes three virtual assistant platforms: for people, officials and leaders. The AI assistant for people supports information search, multi-field consultation, sending written or voice feedback and recommendations, and interacting with the government through Digital Government functions. For officials, the AI assistant system supports loading and processing documents, planning, reporting, writing speeches, summarizing documents, searching for records, and providing a shared digital document repository and supporting the processing of feedback and recommendations using AI. For leaders, the AI assistant provides tools for analyzing press and social media opinion, identifying positive and negative information, supporting media rebuttals and making suggestions to help improve decision-making efficiency.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of Thuy Nguyen City People's Committee Nguyen Trung Hieu emphasized that the implementation of "AI Hai Phong" is not only a technological step forward, but also a strategic solution, aiming at specific goals to help simplify access to information and public services; save time and costs; contribute to building a transparent and friendly administration serving the people; help optimize work processes, reduce administrative workload, improve productivity and quality of consulting and synthesis work; enhance the capacity to analyze, forecast and support data-based decision-making, thereby ensuring that directives are issued promptly and accurately.
