(NLĐO) - The organizational structure of the Government during the 15th National Assembly term includes 14 ministries and 3 ministerial-level agencies.
On February 18th, at the 9th extraordinary session, National Assembly deputies voted to approve two resolutions on the organizational structure of the Government and the structure and number of Government members for the 15th National Assembly term. Accordingly, the Government's organizational structure consists of 14 ministries and 3 ministerial-level agencies.
The 14 ministries of the Government during the 15th National Assembly term include: the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Justice , the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religion.
The three ministerial-level agencies of the Government include: the State Bank of Vietnam, the Government Inspectorate, and the Government Office.
Regarding the structure and number of government members, the National Assembly resolved that there will be 25 members, including the Prime Minister, 7 Deputy Prime Ministers, and 13 Ministers and heads of agencies.
Thus, the members of the Government for the 2021-2026 term, after being restructured, are as follows:
