During the discussion, delegates generally agreed with the content of the draft documents expected to be presented at the 17th Session; they also offered suggestions and opinions on key issues.
Delegates proposed adding and amending several contents in the draft report on socio-economic results in 2023, the plan for 2024, and the results of budget implementation in 2023, the revenue, expenditure, and budget allocation estimates for 2024; the draft resolution on policies to support vocational training and job creation; issuing a list of public service activities using state budget funds in the field of natural resources and environment; increasing the support level according to the draft resolution on policies to support community digital transformation...

Delegates also proposed to the session issues related to the development of Ky Anh town, such as: investing in infrastructure for Le Quang Chi High School and Ky Anh High School; increasing the recruitment quota for teachers to ensure teaching and learning in the area; building a cultural and sports center for the town to meet the criteria for becoming a city by 2025; and improving resettlement infrastructure in Ky Loi...
Members of the Provincial People's Council delegation also provided additional information on the content and planned agenda of the 17th session and explained the issues raised and proposed by the delegates.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau: I request that the district focus on directing the successful completion of socio-economic tasks, paying particular attention to accelerating the implementation of key projects.
Delegates also focused on discussing environmental issues in the area, requesting the province to consider arranging more appropriate waste collection and treatment; the land use plan needs to be long-term to facilitate implementation by localities; priority should be given to allocating medium-term capital to implement key projects, and accelerating the progress of clean water projects in Loc Ha district...
