The "Candlelight Ceremony to Honor Heroic Martyrs" was held at Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery (Bo Trach - Quang Binh ), the resting place of more than 3,200 martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the resistance wars against France and the United States to protect the Fatherland and in carrying out international missions.
