(HNMO) – The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just decided to add to the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List 11 heritages belonging to the provinces: Tuyen Quang, Dien Bien, Bac Kan, Cao Bang and Yen Bai.
Tuyen Quang province has 4 heritages registered this time, including: Fire dance ceremony of the Pa Then people, Hong Quang commune, Lam Binh district; Dinh Hong Thai festival, Tan Trao commune, Son Duong district; knowledge about Con Nuoc of Tay people in Trung Ha, Ha Lang, Chiem Hoa, Con Lon, Na Hang, Phuc Yen, Lam Binh districts; knowledge and practices of wet rice cultivation of the Tay people in Lang Can, Hong Quang, Khuon Ha, Thuong Lam, Phuc Yen communes, Lam Binh district.
Similar to Tuyen Quang province, Dien Bien province has 4 registered heritages: Blacksmithing of the Mong people; dance art of the Lao people in two districts of Dien Bien and Dien Bien Dong; family worship ceremony of the White H'mong people in Tuan Giao, Dien Bien and Dien Bien Dong districts; The art of making costumes of Ha Nhi people, Sin Thau, Leng Su Sin, Sen Thuong, Chung Chai communes, Muong Nhe district.
Along with that are the following heritages: Lullaby art of Tay people, Giao Hieu commune, Pac Nam district, Bac Kan province; brocade weaving of the Tay people, Ngoc Dao commune, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province; Khen art of the Mong people, the districts of Mu Cang Chai, Tram Tau, Van Chan, Yen Bai province are also included in the list of national intangible cultural heritage on this occasion.
