The town of Hung Hoa currently has over 1,000 households with nearly 5,000 inhabitants. To successfully build a civilized urban area, the town's Party Committee and government have identified economic development as a key task. Along with promoting effective administrative reform, the town's Party Committee and government have created favorable conditions in terms of mechanisms and policies, encouraging households to develop economic models and attracting investment. To better serve the needs of the people, the town's Party Committee and government have focused on leading and implementing administrative reform in a coordinated manner, promoting the application of information technology in all areas of state management, and prioritizing the development of a digital government. To date, 100% of administrative procedures are received and processed at the One-Stop Service Center and handled through an integrated one-stop mechanism. The application of public service software at the local level has been significantly promoted.
The People's Committee of the town has strictly implemented the electronic processing of administrative procedures, digitizing the results of administrative procedure processing in accordance with government regulations. Online, cashless payment of fees and charges for 100% of fee-collecting administrative procedures has been implemented, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform in the locality.
After more than two years of striving, Hung Hoa town has now achieved the status of "Civilized Urban Town".
