Amidst the vast ocean, ships bobbing on the waves, casting their nets, create a breathtaking natural scene. This beauty is further enhanced by the sight of many ships displaying new flags to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country. Each flag hoisted ignites a surge of patriotism in all the fishermen. The image of the red flag with a yellow star fluttering proudly on each ship serves as a landmark protecting maritime sovereignty , a sacred symbol of love for the homeland in the open sea. This shows that, no matter where they are, Vietnamese people always find ways to express their national pride.
