Major General Dinh Van Noi holds the position of Director of the Internal Political Security Department.

Major General Dinh Van Noi spoke at the conference to review the work of the first 6 months of 2024 of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

Attending the announcement ceremony were Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Minister of Public Security and leaders of Quang Ninh province.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security, announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Major General Dinh Van Noi (born in 1976, hometown Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city), Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, to take up and hold the position of Director of the Department of Internal Political Security, Ministry of Public Security; transfer of Colonel Tran Van Phuc (born in 1978, hometown Dong Anh district, Hanoi city) - Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police, to take up and hold the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Minister of Public Security congratulated Major General Dinh Van Noi and Colonel Tran Van Phuc on being entrusted with new tasks by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security. At the same time, he acknowledged the achievements they have made in the past time, contributing positively to the results of ensuring political security and social order and safety in the localities.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam believes that Colonel Tran Van Phuc will quickly approach the work, maintain internal solidarity, promote collective intelligence, do a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities to ensure political security, order and social safety in Quang Ninh province; and build an increasingly strong and comprehensive Quang Ninh Provincial Police force.

At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee also announced the Decision on appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of the Provincial Police, to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of the Provincial Police Department, respectfully thanked the comrades in the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the comrades in the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee. In his new position, Colonel Tran Van Phuc vows to make joint efforts, unite, and be united with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the leaders of the Provincial Police Department and all officers and soldiers to continue promoting the glorious revolutionary tradition, building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern Quang Ninh Provincial Police force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
