• Shopping services: Applying AI tools in call quality management at BIDV Customer Care Center.
• Selected supplier name:FPT IS Co., Ltd.
• Service fee (including taxes and fees): 1,890,000,000 VND (In words: One billion eight hundred ninety million Vietnamese Dong).
• Contract type: Lump-sum contract.
• Contract duration: 11 months from the effective date of the contract.
