Notice of change of location

TYM Microfinance Limited Liability Company (TYM) announces a change of location for TYM – Do Luong Branch, Nghe An – Transaction Office No. 01.

Based on Circular No. 19/2025/TT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam issued on July 31, 2025, stipulating the operational network of microfinance institutions, which has been amended and supplemented in some articles by Circular 64/2025/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2025;

Based on Decision No. 134/QD-KV8 dated March 24, 2026, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Regional Branch 8, regarding the approval of the change of location for TYM - Do Luong Branch, Nghe An - Transaction Office No. 01.

The Tinh Thuong Microfinance Limited Company (TYM) announces the change of location of the headquarters of the Tinh Thuong Microfinance Limited Company - Do Luong Branch, Nghe An - Transaction Office No. 01 (abbreviated as TYM - Do Luong Branch, Nghe An - Transaction Office No. 01):

• Previous location: Van Dong Hamlet, Bach Ha Commune, Nghe An Province.

• New location: Plot No. 3216, Van Dong Hamlet, Bach Ha Commune, Nghe An Province.

Expected start date for trading at the new location: April 20, 2026.
