Governor of Nigata Prefecture, Japan visited and worked with Hanoi College of Technology and Commerce

On the afternoon of January 12, 2023, Governor of Niigata Prefecture, Mr. Hanazumi Hideyo, along with provincial officials and representatives of more than 30 enterprises of Niigata Prefecture (Japan) visited and worked with Hanoi College of Technology and Commerce.

Promote cooperation in human resource training

The working session took place in a friendly atmosphere before the Governor of Niigata province and the delegation had an audience withPresident Nguyen Xuan Phuc in the afternoon of the same day.

This event was organized after the implementation results between the School and Esuhai Company on the Cooperation in sending final year students for specialized internships in Japan (referred to as: "Specialized internship program in Japan ").

The delegation of the Governor of Niigata Prefecture expressed their satisfaction when visiting the school, directly witnessing the teaching work, vocational training campus, and professional and orderly training of the school.

Welcoming the delegation of the Governor of Nigata Prefecture to visit the school, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Sang - Principal of Hanoi College of Technology and Commerce gave an overview of Hanoi College of Technology and Commerce.

The School Principal thanked the Governor and the members of the delegation for creating favorable conditions to help the program of sending trainees and workers to work in Japan in general and Nigata province in particular to be implemented smoothly in the recent past.

Speaking at the ceremony, Governor Hanazumi Hideyo highly appreciated the cooperation between the University, Vietnamese enterprises and enterprises of Niigata province and Japan. He himself as well as Niigata province wishes and creates favorable conditions for cooperation in training and supplying high-quality human resources, in sending interns to practice and work in Niigata province.

“Hanoi College of Technology and Commerce is one of the trusted “red addresses” in cooperation, recruitment, and human resource training” , the Governor assessed and believed that with the school’s professional training, human resource cooperation will bring high efficiency.

The school's students will have a good foundation to meet the high demands of professional skills, and will develop their full potential when they spend their final year of internship in Japan to further improve their skills. Students will certainly be equipped with knowledge and high capacity to have good job positions in the future,” Mr. Hanazumi Hideyo emphasized.

The cooperation opens up more opportunities for students at the school to access the path of studying, interning and working in Japan after graduation. This is a “handshake” for the common goal of both sides, which is one of the development orientations of the school in the future.

Through this cooperation, students of Hanoi College of Technology and Commerce have new goals to choose from and motivate their own learning. Parents will feel more secure when their children are trained and oriented in studying and working in one of the world's leading developed countries.

“Golden opportunity” for students to access and experience reality

In response, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Sang - Principal of the School emphasized that with the desire for students to learn advanced techniques, improve their skills, management thinking, and professional working style to have good skills and high income when working in Japan and later in Vietnam, the School and ESOHAI Company have coordinated to send interns to Japan in some fields that are the strengths of the school in the fields of Technology, Tourism, Language, etc.

“This group of interns will be a bridge to further strengthen the good relationship between Japan and Vietnam and at the same time be a source of high-quality human resources for future socio-economic development,” said Dr. Nguyen Xuan Sang.

It is known that Hanoi College of Technology and Commerce is currently training 31 College majors and 24 Secondary majors. The number of students the school has trained for the labor market is about 25,000 people, the current annual enrollment scale is from 2,500-3,000 students.

Over the years, the School has had relationships with more than 100 domestic and foreign organizations and enterprises to conduct internships and solve employment problems for students after graduation. One of the prestigious cooperative partners is Esohai Company.

At the reception, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Sang hoped to continue receiving the attention, support and facilitation of the Governor as well as the members of the delegation, "so that the cooperation program between the School and Esohai Company in sending interns to Japan can be widely implemented and bring about even better results".

Participating in the program of sending trainees to Japan according to the order of the Enterprise (Esuhai and Japanese partners), students will have internships in the right major, experience practical expertise at Japanese enterprises; be equipped with professional working skills in the Japanese environment and have jobs immediately after graduation.

In addition, the program helps students during their internship receive a salary of about 150,000 - 170,000 Yen/month (equivalent to about 25 million VND), full insurance coverage according to regulations, and housing and dormitories that ensure living conditions.

After completing the internship and working in Japan according to the program, if students wish to continue working in Japan, they will be supported to convert to a work visa....

Through the program, the school can expand the number of specialized internship businesses for students, contributing to improving the school's training quality, closely linked to the labor market.

In particular, creating jobs for students right after completing the internship program in Japan, students can continue to stay in Japan to work officially, or return home and be introduced to work at domestic Japanese enterprises by Esuworks Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Esuhai Group.

“It can be said that the Cooperation Program has given students opportunities to improve their skills and abilities, and opened up many opportunities for stable, high-income jobs,” affirmed Mr. Le Long Son, General Director of Esohai Company.
