The Congress aims to review and evaluate the leadership, direction, and management work of the Party Committee of the Government during the 2020-2025 term; determine the direction, objectives, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 period; and discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents of the Central Committee submitted to the 14th Party Congress.

"The Party Committee of the Government is the core political leadership for the activities of the Government, ministries, branches, and affiliated agencies, especially in the Government's direction, management, and administration of the State, ensuring the timely and effective institutionalization and implementation of the Party and State's guidelines and policies, contributing to the successful achievement of the goals and tasks set out in all fields," the Prime Minister emphasized.

Looking back at the 2020-2025 term, in the context of a rapidly changing, complex, and unpredictable global and regional situation, with many unprecedented and unforeseen issues, the Prime Minister emphasized that the Government has upheld the spirit of unity, discipline, responsibility, proactiveness, flexibility, and creativity, with the spirit of "daring to think, daring to act, and daring to take responsibility for the common good."
