The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense to direct functional forces to increase patrols, promptly detect, prevent, and strictly handle cases of disturbing security and order; causing disorder and traffic safety; and resisting law enforcement officers.
Absolutely ensure security and safety for people, especially at places where commemorative activities take place nationwide, protect independence and sovereignty in cyberspace; fight to prevent bad and toxic information on social networking platforms.
In addition, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense need to closely coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly detect and strictly handle acts of taking advantage of commemorative activities to cause disturbances that disrupt public order, security, safety, and security.
The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Health to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies and localities to ensure medical work during the celebration activities.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for directing and guiding ministries, branches, especially provinces and centrally-run cities, in ensuring environmental sanitation at crowded places, parades, marches, artistic activities, and fireworks displays.
The Ministry of Construction guides localities to check the hardness, bearing capacity, and load-bearing capacity of stages, stands, crowded places, and means of transport, contributing to ensuring traffic safety and especially ensuring the safety and health of people.
