The second content, which is economic development and national resources, emphasizes the role of universities and colleges in training high-quality human resources and promoting innovation. This content includes presentations such as: "The role of universities in training innovative human resources" by Foreign Trade University. "Talent attraction policy of autonomous universities in the new era" by Hanoi Open University.
