To concretize the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style through practical actions and deeds, the Party branches under the Party Committee of Nong Son commune's Party agencies have built a model of Party members practicing thrift and supporting children in difficult circumstances.

Every day, members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee branch in Nong Son commune regularly save 10,000 VND to contribute to the "Party members of the Inspection Committee save money and join hands to help children go to school" model.

From these savings, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse in 2026, the unit will award 4 Tet gifts to students from extremely disadvantaged backgrounds, providing them with further motivation to excel in their studies and personal development.

The Party branch plans to organize the second gift-giving event for disadvantaged children in the commune at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoe, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission in Nong Son commune, shared that thanks to the contributions of each Party member, the model creates a stable and long-term resource to support disadvantaged students when needed and in accordance with the actual conditions of the Party branch.

This model has profound educational significance for Party members in the branch regarding the practice of frugality as taught by President Ho Chi Minh.

“At the Party Committee's Inspection Commission branch in the commune, through specific actions, the spirit of ‘matching words with deeds,’ coupled with the exemplary responsibility of Party members, continues to spread, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the leadership role of the Party organization at the grassroots level,” Ms. Hoè shared.

Launched in September 2025, the "Circle of Love" model of the Party Building Committee of Nong Son commune mobilizes each cadre and party member to contribute 50,000 VND per month.

From this fund, the Party Building Committee of the commune provided support to 5 disadvantaged children in the commune on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse in 2026.

According to Ms. Ho Thi Hoang Nga, Party Secretary and Head of the Party Building Committee of Nong Son commune, although the support was not of great value, it provided timely encouragement and shared the difficulties with the children, contributing to spreading the spirit of compassion in the community.

“The Party Building Committee deeply understands that learning from and following Uncle Ho's example must be demonstrated through concrete actions that yield practical results, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization and successfully fulfilling assigned political tasks. The spirit of solidarity, responsibility, consensus, and the desire to share with those in difficult circumstances is the driving force for the model to continue to be maintained and expanded in the future,” Ms. Nga said.

Spreading the spirit of mutual support among Party members and officials, in 2026, the Party cell of the People's Council of Nong Son commune will continue to maintain the model of "Practicing thrift and joining hands to support disadvantaged children to go to school".

According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien, Secretary of the Party Branch of the People's Council of the commune, the Party branch has so far coordinated with schools to compile a list of 3 disadvantaged students to receive gifts at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year.

Last year, using savings from party members, the branch provided support to three disadvantaged students, encouraging them to excel in their studies.

According to Mr. Do Duc Huynh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nong Son commune, with the implementation of the two-tiered local government model, the Party Committee has focused on Party building and rectification, ensuring that all Party members fulfill their exemplary roles and implement practical and effective models and solutions in handling work.

The study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style are regularly maintained by Party organizations under the Party Committee, linked to the training criteria of each Party member, through concrete and practical actions.

In particular, the choice to build models of Party members saving money to raise funds to support disadvantaged and underprivileged students in the commune contributes to fostering the spirit of sharing and mutual support among officials, civil servants, and Party members, and is in line with the actual conditions of each Party branch.
