Today, mothers face many challenges in their parenting journey, especially in breastfeeding for at least the first six months of life. The high rate of Vietnamese mothers returning to work while their children are still breastfeeding, coupled with the increasing rate of cesarean sections over the years, significantly impacts mothers' physical and mental health.
