Since the beginning of its term, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court has led and directed the People's Courts at both levels in the province to effectively perform their assigned political functions and tasks. Notably, it has led the successful handling of criminal, civil, marriage and family, business, commercial, labor, and administrative cases, as well as resolving other matters in accordance with the law. It has led and directed the serious, timely, and proper implementation of regulations. The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court has also directed and guided the dissemination, understanding, and implementation of Party directives, resolutions, and conclusions to all cadres, Party members, and the general public.

To date, the People's Courts at both levels have resolved and tried 18,972 out of 21,510 cases received, achieving a rate of 85%; organized the reduction of prison sentences for 5,886 inmates in accordance with the law; issued decisions on the execution of criminal sentences for 4,308 convicted persons, achieving a rate of 100%; reviewed 12,684 legally effective judgments and decisions; promptly resolved sensitive, complex cases that attracted public attention; and coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department and the Standing Committees of district and city Party Committees in advising the Party Committees on leadership and direction in resolving cases under the supervision and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Phenomena, as well as cases according to Directive No. 26-CT/TW of the Politburo .

After listening to the delegates' comments and discussions clarifying the achievements and challenges facing the court system in the current period, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that in the coming time, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court focus on leading and directing the effective overcoming of limitations and difficulties; implementing comprehensive and decisive solutions, striving to complete the set targets and tasks. Continue to lead and direct the effective implementation of resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State on judicial work and judicial reform; and laws and ordinances related to the organization and operation of the People's Court. Direct the continued acceleration and improvement of the quality of trials for all types of cases, ensuring that the right person is charged with the right crime, in accordance with the law; linking trial work with the dissemination and education of law among cadres, Party members, and the people.

Leaders regularly conduct internal inspections and audits, strengthen administrative discipline, promote civil service reform, and promptly detect and strictly handle violations. Focus on innovating the Party's leadership methods, enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations throughout the sector to ensure they are truly clean, strong, and capable of fulfilling assigned tasks. Strengthen coordination mechanisms with Party internal affairs agencies; actively combat corruption and waste; and through judicial work, identify shortcomings and impacts of the situation, thereby proposing solutions to Party committees and authorities in leadership, management, and administration to ensure local political security and social order. Proactively prepare for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, especially the preparation of documents and personnel matters. Regarding the recommendations and proposals of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that relevant departments and units proactively coordinate and advise the Provincial Party Committee on leadership and direction to implement solutions in a unified, comprehensive, and effective manner in the coming period.
