Former Editor-in-Chief of Quang Binh Newspaper holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee

Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to assign Mr. Tran Vu Khiem to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Khiem previously held the position of Editor-in-Chief of the old Quang Binh newspaper.

On October 7, Mr. Truong An Ninh - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, confirmed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of this province has just agreed to assign Mr. Tran Vu Khiem - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee - to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

This assignment was made right after the 1st Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress. At the congress, Mr. Khiem was appointed by the Politburo and Secretariat as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Tran Vu Khiem (52 ​​years old, master's degree in Party building, bachelor's degree in literature) used to be a journalist and reporter for Quang Binh Radio and Television Station.

After that, he successively held the positions of Editorial Secretary of the Party Cell Activity Magazine, Deputy Office, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Tuyen Hoa District Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Editor-in-Chief of the former Quang Binh newspaper, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of the former Quang Binh province.

He then held the position of Head of the Organizing Committee of the old Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee and the new Quang Tri Province before being appointed Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee at the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
