On the morning of November 19, Mr. Do Van My, the school principal, confirmed that parents had sent their children to school as usual after being persuaded by the school and local authorities. Previously, on November 17, when Ms. Hue , the school's vice principal, returned to work after a temporary suspension, many parents reacted and sent their children home.

Mr. My said that Ms. Hue is currently not at school because she is on a medical examination. On the afternoon of November 17, a clip was also circulated on social media, recording Ms. Hue falling on campus and being taken to the hospital by ambulance; the school confirmed that the incident was real.
Regarding the case of 40 students suspected of food poisoning on September 26, Mr. My said he is still waiting for the official conclusion from the authorities. He affirmed that he is ready to take responsibility according to regulations, hoping that the situation will soon stabilize so that students can study with peace of mind.

Regarding the administrative violations, the Kim Ngan commune authorities determined that the school processed and provided the braised pomfret dish without ensuring food safety. At the same time, Mr. My and two kitchen staff did not have certificates of training in food safety knowledge. Mr. My explained that this was correct but not suitable for reality because the school in the mountainous area had difficulty recruiting people, the kitchen staff only received support; the work of the boarding kitchen was assigned to the vice principal and this person had been trained.
Although parents have now brought their children back to class, many still maintain the view that if Ms. Hue appears at school, they will continue to pick up their children. Local authorities said they are working with the school and relevant parties to find a solution, prioritizing the stability of students' studies.

The vice principal was absent, so the students were taken to school by their parents.

The results of previous food and clinical sample tests identified the Bacillus cereus strain of bacteria that produces Non-haemolytic enterotoxin – one of the causes of poisoning. After the incident, parents' suspicions increased, especially when a clip appeared claiming that Ms. Hue had prevented students from being taken to the emergency room, leading to the Kim Ngan commune deciding to temporarily suspend her from work. When Ms. Hue returned to school during the suspension period, parents continued to protest and took their children home.
The incident is still being monitored and handled by the authorities and local government.
