( Bqp.vn ) - On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024), the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024), on the morning of December 17, the Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense delegation led by Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of National Defense, came to burn incense, pay tribute and commemorate Lieutenant General Tran Hanh, Hero of the People's Armed Forces, former Deputy Minister of National Defense at his private home.
