Promoting the role of propaganda and mass mobilization work to contribute to the successful implementation of the country's development goals by 2030

He proposed and clarified a number of solutions to continue paying attention to and further strengthening the Party building work in terms of politics , ideology and ethics; further raising awareness of Party building in terms of ethics among Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members; promoting the responsibility to set an example, the sense of self-cultivation and training of ethics of cadres and Party members, especially leaders, managers and heads at all levels; focusing on innovating mass mobilization work, further tightening the close relationship between the Party and the People; paying attention to improving the quality of the team doing propaganda and mass mobilization work, promoting the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in performing the functions of supervision and social criticism, contributing ideas to Party and government building.

He summarized the achievements, shortcomings and limitations in the province's inspection and supervision work during the past term; proposed solutions to continue to strengthen leadership and direction in training to attract qualified and competent staff in inspection and supervision work; continue to review and perform well the inspection and supervision work; strengthen the leadership of Party committees at all levels in inspection and supervision work; strongly innovate thinking and methods, improve the quality of situational awareness work, and prevent small violations from accumulating into large, prolonged violations.

He proposed solutions to ensure the Party's strengthening and leadership in the task of ensuring national security, social order and safety, building forces, proactively grasping, researching, assessing the situation, promptly handling possible situations; strengthening the fight against all types of crimes, innovating the model of governance and social management; improving the effectiveness of coordination between the police force and agencies, units, and organizations, building a people's security posture, a people's heart posture, building a solid defense zone; building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Public Security force.

Results of implementing the 13th National Congress Resolution and the country's foundation, potential, position and prestige over 40 years of renovation

According to the Commander of the Provincial Military Command, the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam are the crystallization of the wisdom of the entire Party, people and army, demonstrating strategic vision, innovative thinking and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.

The draft documents are elaborately and deeply constructed, closely following reality, with high inheritance and development, both deeply summarizing the achievements and frankly pointing out the existing limitations and weaknesses. He suggested adding more in-depth qualitative analysis of the multi-dimensional impacts of some major policies; further specifying them with examples or detailed arguments, making the documents closer and more accessible to the general public.
