'Igniting the flame of hope' for workers during Workers' Month

Representatives from the company's leadership, in collaboration with the Trade Union, visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to workers at the Phu My ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau ), Vinh Tan (Binh Thuan), and Mong Duong (Quang Ninh) repair workshops, with a total cost of approximately 80 million VND.

The delegation visited and encouraged the workers at the Phu My Production and Service Center.

This is also an opportunity for the company to commend the contributions of its employees in repairing and ensuring the stable operation of the power plants amidst harsh weather conditions, thus contributing to maintaining the stability of the national power grid.

Through the "May Dialogue" program, employees' questions and suggestions regarding working conditions, welfare policies, etc., are recorded and addressed by the company's leadership and trade union during direct dialogue sessions at various units. This is considered one of the key activities during Workers' Month, demonstrating the responsibility of the company's leadership and trade union in caring for and understanding the thoughts and aspirations of employees.
