Furthermore, businesses participating in the program have set up online ordering apps and support "Fast, Cashless Payment" directly at the point of purchase, offering discounts via QR codes, cashless payments, and interacting with technology platforms.

Mr. Le Manh Phong – CEO of Go! Northern Region, commented: “Promoting online access and cashless payment solutions creates more convenience for customers, and helps our revenue not only grow well during the event but also expand the customer base using the online ordering app. The promotional QR code attracted great interest from young consumers who are willing to spend through digital platforms.”

A highlight of the event was the successful connection between digital payment solution providers and small businesses and traditional traders. Mr. Do Van Tu, Northern Region Sales Director of Nextpay Digital Transformation Group Joint Stock Company, stated that the company has supported nearly 50 businesses in integrating QR payment, improving transaction speed and attracting customers who prefer cashless payments. Many businesses indicated they will continue using the service long-term. This is a positive sign for the trend of digitalization in small-scale retail.

Similarly, the Online Mobile Services Joint Stock Company also stated that the event was an opportunity for the company to reach new users, especially business households and individuals who had never used e-wallets before. Approximately 500 new accounts were opened in just a few days, demonstrating the enormous potential of digital commerce.

In the context of a recovering consumer market following global economic fluctuations, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade has demonstrated strategic vision and professional organizational capabilities by choosing the theme "Smart Consumption - Stimulating Shopping Demand" as the highlight of this year's concentrated promotional program.

Instead of focusing solely on traditional sales activities, the Department of Industry and Trade has proactively designed digital consumer experience spaces, integrating technology to support businesses and small-scale traders in accessing modern payment and marketing platforms.

The goal is not just to increase sales, but also to build a modern consumer ecosystem where Vietnamese goods are distributed through technology channels, directly reaching urban consumers.

The success of the event is proof of Hanoi's correct direction in using technology as a lever for sustainable consumer development, and the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade will continue to work alongside businesses, citizens, and technology solution providers to expand the digital platform in commercial activities, contributing to building Hanoi into a smart and modern commercial center of the country.
