On January 20, regarding the case of 1 divers missing after a loud explosion, leaders of Nam Can town (Nam Can district, Ca Mau province) announced that they had found the body of victim T.V.N. (3 years old, living in Nam Can district).
This leader said that on the same morning, people discovered an intact human body about 500 meters from the explosion scene so they notified local authorities.
The authorities then quickly arrived at the scene, coordinated with the victims' families and determined that it was Mr. T.V.N.
Thus, after more than 4 days of the above incident, the authorities and people found the bodies of 2 of the 3 unfortunate victims, including Mr. T.V.N. and N.C.H. (16 years old, living in the same locality).
As reported, on the morning of January 17, people saw 1 divers including: N.N.T. (3 years old, living in Nam Can district), T.V.N. and N.C.H. Controlling interest to the Cua Lon river area in Tan An Tay commune, Ngoc Hien district.
At around 9:30 a.m., there was a loud explosion, causing all three victims to go missing. Many witnesses said that on tree branches around the scene, a body part was discovered, suspected to be that of one of the victims.

“Mr. T. and two other people, T.V.N. and N.C.H. moved the shell bomb to the other side of the Cua Lon River, then an unfortunate incident happened," the source said.
