Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association - delivered a speech at the launching ceremony.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, journalist Ho Minh Chien, Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Family Magazine and Head of the Organizing Committee of the "Father and Daughter" writing contest, said that after two editions, thousands of entries filled with heartfelt emotions between fathers and daughters have been submitted, showing that this theme has touched the hearts of many. Some authors submitted 3-4 entries, participating in both contests, and included a message saying: "I don't hope to win, I just want to share my feelings with my beloved father." Others expressed regret for learning about the contest late and not having enough time to submit their entries…
"The father-daughter bond is sacred, a value that never grows old. Stories from the depths of a father's and daughter's hearts will always stir our emotions in today's life, which is filled with worries, anxieties, and even the turmoil of everyday life."
"This year, we decided to collaborate with Hanoi University to organize the 3rd competition to promote the spread of the competition's core values: love, compassion, and moral values from each individual, family, and especially among young people, including students," journalist Ho Minh Chien shared.

“In Vietnamese culture, family is a fundamental value, deeply rooted in the Vietnamese spirit. We are very impressed to learn that the Vietnam Family Magazine has diligently organized the writing contest “Father and Daughter” for the past three seasons to promote this enduring value. We are very impressed and “fascinated” because this writing contest not only seeks winners but, more importantly, spreads family values, in which the father-daughter relationship is especially honored. Hanoi University is very happy and honored to have been entrusted by the Vietnam Family Magazine with the opportunity to collaborate in organizing this very meaningful writing contest,” the Rector of Hanoi University expressed.

Evaluating the writing contest "Father and Daughter," Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association - stated that the Vietnam Family Magazine had made very careful and realistic calculations, accurately capturing the essence of life and adhering to its principles and objectives to continue maintaining a meaningful forum for preserving, cherishing, and nurturing family feelings, an extremely sacred emotion for Vietnamese people.
"Organizing the competition launch ceremony at Hanoi University is, in my opinion, a good way to spread the father-son and family love to the younger generation through the competition, something very necessary in the 'digital life' and 'digital society,' so that they always remember the value of family."
I believe that the bond between father and daughter, and between daughter and father, is always very special but not easy to express for Vietnamese people. It remains a "vein of ore" in each person's soul, and the deeper one delves and explores, the greater the opportunity to "uncover untapped sources and create things that have never existed," Mr. Le Quoc Minh expressed.
