(Baothanhhoa.vn) - According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, last night (July 6), storm number 2 left the East Sea.

The eye of the storm at 10 p.m. on July 6 was located at approximately 23.5°N; 120.0°E, on the western coastal area of ​​Taiwan (China). The strongest wind near the eye of the storm was level 12 (118-133km/h), gusting to level 15. The storm moved in a northeasterly direction at a speed of approximately 20-25km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, storm No. 2 will continue to move in the Northeast direction at a speed of 20-25km/h and gradually weaken.

The storm is unlikely to return to the East Sea.

Due to the impact of the storm circulation, on the night of July 6, the northeastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea had strong winds of level 6-8, waves of 3-5m high, and rough seas.

From July 7, strong winds continued to decrease.
