The reason Doan Ngoc Tan chose to join The Cong Viettel is that he wants to reunite with coach Velizar Popov and be closer to his family. Born in 1994, Doan Ngoc Tan has been considered one of the best defensive midfielders in Vietnamese football in recent years.
