In the preliminary round of Vietnam Game Awards 2025, VNGGames and Zalopay are leading with 53 nominations and more than 320,000 votes from the community in just 3 weeks, affirming the strong attraction of VNG's entertainment and digital payment ecosystem.
Specifically, Zalopay leads the category of Favorite Payment Channel with more than 9,600 votes. Since mid-2024, Zalopay has transformed from a traditional e-wallet into an open payment platform, deeply applying technology to optimize the experience and security for each digital payment transaction. The application also expands its game network, continuously updates hot game titles, integrates fast payment and exclusive discount codes for the gaming community using Zalopay.
In the category of Outstanding Game Publisher - The Golden Galaxy, VNGGames attracted more than 61,000 votes, marking the third consecutive year of competing for this prestigious title.
In the Golden Star category, the eSport titles: VALORANT , PUBG MOBILE , Truth Arena , League of Legends by VNGGames are fiercely competing for the title of Excellent eSports Game and Favorite eSports Community. The highlight of this year is the new category - ESports Tournament of the Year, where VNGGames took up 4/10 nominations, thanks to its meticulous and methodical investment in tournaments organized directly in Vietnam and its efforts to develop the domestic eSports community.
Not only providing quality entertainment content, VNGGames also scores with breakthrough platforms. At the end of March 2025, Level Up Launcher was launched, allowing gamers to use a single account to play all PC games. Previously, in November 2024, VNGGames introduced VNGGames Club, a comprehensive customer care system, integrating item storage and community connection. This service builds a cohesive gaming ecosystem, far surpassing the previous individual support model.
The preliminary round of Vietnam Game Awards 2025 will end at 23:59 on April 10, 2025. The top 5 candidates will enter the final round, with voting open from April 18 to May 15. The award ceremony will take place on the evening of May 24 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center - SECC, Ho Chi Minh City.
