Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union presented 150 medical examination and treatment cards to families in difficult circumstances.

On August 19, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union coordinated with Bach Mai - Van Yen General Clinic to organize the gift giving program "Taking care of health, sharing love" in 2025 in Lam Giang and Xuan Ai communes.

At the Program, Comrade Dong Manh Linh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Head of the Organization - Inspection Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province and representatives of Bach Mai - Van Yen General Clinic presented 150 medical examination and treatment cards to households in difficult circumstances, policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor households, near-poor households; of which 50 cards were in Lam Giang commune, 100 cards in Xuan Ai commune; visited and presented 40 gifts to families with a total value of nearly 500 million VND.

Within the framework of the program, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union has implemented the model of "Support at home, welfare at hand" for families in especially difficult circumstances and the elderly with difficulty in traveling.

Youth Union members guide people to carry out administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal.

At the same time, promote digital transformation, guide and support households to perform some administrative procedures online on the National Public Service Portal.

This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the spirit of volunteerism of young people in participating in social security activities, contributing to taking care of people's material and spiritual life.
