An Giang Provincial Party Committee fosters inspection and supervision skills

On October 6, An Giang Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Central Inspection Committee to open a training course on inspection and supervision work in 2025. Attending were Head of Department VIII of the Central Inspection Committee Pham Thai Ha; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thanh Nhan; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Huynh Quoc Thai, and more than 500 trainees who are inspection and supervision officers at all levels in the province.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thanh Nhan briefly informed the results of the 1st Congress of An Giang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress identified 3 breakthroughs: Building a clean, strong and comprehensive Party and political system; Promoting digital transformation, innovation, developing marine economy - border economy; Developing strategic infrastructure, high-quality human resources, protecting the sustainable ecological environment. In particular, the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work is identified as one of the key pillars to ensure the political system is unified, strictly disciplined and operates effectively.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nhan required the students to study seriously, master the principles, procedures, and practical skills of the profession, and effectively apply the knowledge they have learned to practical work, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

From October 6 to 10, the trainees were taught 9 specialized topics, including: Overview of the Party inspection sector and the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; work of grasping the situation and regular supervision of Party organizations and Party members; specialized supervision of Party organizations and Party members; inspection of lower-level Party organizations and Party members when there are signs of violations; handling denunciations and complaints about Party discipline, Party discipline and enforcement of discipline within the Party...
