The Hoa Lu Festival in 2024, associated with the 1,100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang (924-2024), will be held from April 17-19 (ie March 9-11 of the lunar calendar) at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic Site (Truong Yen commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province).
At the request of the Department of Culture and Sports , the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province agreed to set off low-altitude fireworks at the program to celebrate the 1,100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang (924-2024) and the opening of Hoa Lu Festival in 2024.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Provincial Police, the People's Committee of Hoa Lu district and related units to develop a specific plan and organize fireworks display in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020 and Decree No. 56/2023/ND-CP dated July 24, 2023 of the Government; ensuring security and order, absolute safety, and not using the state budget.
Organize the firing of 150 low-altitude fireworks right after the end of the commemorative art program (expected at 9:30 p.m. on April 17); duration 15 minutes, low-altitude (under 120m) at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic Site (Truong Yen commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province).
Organizing low-altitude fireworks displays at the program to celebrate the 1100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang and the opening of the Hoa Lu Festival in 2024, aims to encourage the spirit, create an exciting atmosphere, and solidarity among cadres, party members, armed forces, and people of all walks of life in Ninh Binh province to continue building the homeland and country to become more and more civilized and prosperous.
