Reorganizing traffic on Giai Phong Road

Accordingly, from July 20th, the Department of Transport will organize traffic using traffic lights at the entrance to Giap Bat bus station, where it intersects with Giai Phong road.

Buses and coaches with more than 29 seats departing from the Giap Bat bus station exit gate and heading south of the city should turn left onto Giai Phong road (passing the traffic lights) towards Ngoc Hoi.

Vehicles are prohibited from making U-turns on Giai Phong Street at the intersection near the Giap Bat bus station exit in both directions.

Vehicles (heading towards Ngoc Hoi) are prohibited from making U-turns on Giai Phong Street at the median opening near the Kim Dong intersection (near the exit to Giap Bat Bus Station).

Vehicles (heading towards the city center) are prohibited from making U-turns on Giai Phong Street at the median opening at the Truong Dinh - Giai Phong intersection (near the entrance to Giap Bat Bus Station).

Motor vehicles (except buses) are prohibited from turning left onto Kim Dong Street from Giai Phong Street (heading from the city center towards Ngoc Hoi) during peak hours (6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM). Vehicles traveling in this direction must make a U-turn at the median opening on Giai Phong Street (approximately 100 meters before the Truong Dinh - Giai Phong intersection).

Additionally, trucks are prohibited from traveling in both directions on Kim Dong Street (from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily). Trucks serving the project construction must obtain permits as required by regulations.

Passenger buses with more than 29 seats are prohibited from making U-turns on Kim Dong Street at the end of the project's barricaded area.

Vehicles are prohibited from stopping or parking in both directions on Kim Dong Street (around the construction barrier area) and on Giai Phong Street (from the Kim Dong - Giai Phong intersection to the entrance of Giap Bat Bus Station).
