Organizing a training course on exploiting and using the An Giang province document management and administration system version 5.0

On May 14-15, 2025, at the Hall of the Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) of An Giang province, the Department of Science and Technology chaired the training course "Exploiting and using the An Giang Provincial Document Management and Administration System (VNPT iOffice) version 5.0" for provincial departments, branches, sectors and organizations.

In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology - emphasized the importance of the system in directing, operating and handling business operations at state agencies, and at the same time requested units to seriously send the right and sufficient participants, focus on fully absorbing the program content and effectively deploying it at the agency, especially new features such as applying artificial intelligence technology - ChatBot Gen AI, work management subsystem, staff evaluation and work schedule.

Overview of the training class.

The training course aims to equip knowledge and practical skills on the new interface of the system, supporting units to process documents more quickly, scientifically and effectively. Within the framework of the training, representatives of An Giang Telecom directly guided the operations and procedures of document processing, exploited the upgraded technical subsystems and answered questions from students.

This is one of the important activities in the province's digital transformation plan, contributing to improving the efficiency of management, operation and e-government construction in An Giang./ .
