Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of GAET Corporation, delivered the opening speech at the excellent presenter competition.

The competition featured 25 participants, including secretaries, deputy secretaries of Party committees, and officials in charge of Party and political work from member agencies and units.

Contestants go through two rounds of competition: the preliminary round (preparing an outline and presentation slides), selecting 10 contestants to participate in the official round (practicing presentation and answering questions from the judging panel).

A highlight of the competition was the specificity of the propaganda content, closely aligned with the functions and tasks of each agency and unit. The topics focused deeply on the core issues of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Resolution of the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, and the Resolution of the 6th Congress of the Party Committee of the Corporation.

Many speakers chose highly topical subjects, such as: "Developing a self-reliant, self-sufficient, dual-use, and modern defense industry"; "New perceptions and thinking on security in the Resolution of the 14th National Congress" or "Promoting the strength of Vietnamese culture and people in the new era".  

The organizing committee awarded certificates of merit and first prize to the two outstanding contestants at the competition.

In the question-and-answer section, most candidates demonstrated competence, a firm grasp of the issues, and a strong connection to their assigned roles and responsibilities. They also showed a high level of fighting spirit in refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints and defending the Party's ideological foundation.

As a result, the organizing committee awarded certificates of merit, 2 first prizes, 2 second prizes, 2 third prizes, and 3 consolation prizes to individuals.
