
Attending the dress rehearsal were Central Committee members: Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Prime Minister; Pham Gia Tuc, Chief of the Central Party Office; Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Central Committee members; representatives of leaders from ministries, departments, and agencies that are members of the Organizing Subcommittee for the 14th Party Congress; and relevant forces and units.
The Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee and the Delegation inspected and rehearsed the following contents: the delegation's visit to the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh; laying flowers at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street, Hanoi ; and the plan for transporting the delegations to the venue of the Congress at the National Convention Center (NCC, Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi).

At the National Convention Center, Comrade Tran Cam Tu and the delegation inspected security and medical plans; reception and transportation arrangements for delegates and international delegations; overall reception and ceremonial decorations... in the main hall, the entrance area, the book and newspaper exhibition; and the photo exhibition "Under the Party flag, the country enters a new era"...
After conducting on-site inspections and listening to reports from relevant units on the implementation of assigned tasks following the preliminary review on the morning of January 13th, Comrade Tran Cam Tu commended the agencies and units for their high sense of responsibility, dedication to the common good, active and close coordination, and timely supplementation and completion of tasks. By the morning of January 14th, the preparations for the 14th National Congress of the Party were basically complete. The steps were carried out meticulously and thoughtfully, drawing on lessons learned from previous Congresses and through inspections and preliminary reviews.

Emphasizing that preparations are only the first step, with the goal of ensuring absolute safety for the 14th National Congress of the Party, Comrade Tran Cam Tu requested all agencies, units, and forces, according to their assigned functions and tasks, to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility and focus their efforts on carrying out their duties, ensuring that the overall interior and exterior of the National Convention Center are neat, clean, and solemn; addressing any remaining incomplete or unreasonable details to ensure that all aspects of work, including images, sound, lighting, and technical infrastructure, meet high standards and are best prepared, from trial runs to operation.
Security and order measures were implemented synchronously and promptly during the general rehearsal. Comrade Tran Cam Tu reiterated the requirement to ensure absolute security and safety in all aspects of the work. Accordingly, the travel time of the delegations will only take place within a specific period. To ensure punctuality, the agencies and units assigned tasks need to seriously implement the plans, regulations, and procedures issued for transporting delegates and guests to ensure that the main content of the Congress proceeds as planned.

The dress rehearsal proceeded according to schedule. Wishing all agencies, units, and forces continued efforts and excellent performance in their assigned tasks, Standing Committee member Tran Cam Tu instructed the Central Party Office to continue monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on the implementation. He urged all participating agencies, units, and forces to coordinate closely, ensuring that preparations for the opening of the 14th National Congress of the Party are of the highest standard.
