Summary of the National Assembly's digital transformation efforts for the period 2024-2025

The year 2025 marks significant steps, laying a solid foundation for the National Assembly's Digital Transformation Project 2025-2030, with a synchronized system, unified data, and modern applications already in place.

Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Manh Hung delivered a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Manh Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership of Viettel Group, and the leaders and staff of its units including Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation, Cybersecurity Company, Customer Service Company, Viettel AI, and the Information Technology Center (VIC) for their companionship and support to the National Assembly Office in carrying out digital transformation tasks.

The Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office stated that, with political determination and the initial foundations laid in 2025 and 2026, the National Assembly Office will continue to focus on perfecting the digital National Assembly architecture, developing data and digital infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, promoting the application of artificial intelligence, deploying election-related systems, and expanding digital platforms to localities.

The National Assembly Office will continue to coordinate with Viettel Group to focus on implementing several tasks such as: prioritizing the completion and official deployment of important systems serving the National Assembly sessions and the leadership and management of the National Assembly, its agencies, and the National Assembly Office; building a shared data warehouse and a unified data governance mechanism: data standards, access control, update procedures, cleaning, and quality control. Data must be accurate, complete, clean, active, and consistent for shared use, directly serving National Assembly deputies, National Assembly agencies, and the National Assembly Office...

With a spirit of determination, digital transformation must create a modern, transparent National Assembly that puts representatives and the people at its center, aiming for global digital integration by 2030. The Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office emphasized that the National Assembly Office and Viettel Group are committed to accelerating the implementation of plans in 2026, turning the aspiration of a digital National Assembly into reality.
