On the afternoon of December 19, Politburo member and Standing Committee Secretary Tran Cam Tu, Head of the Organizing Subcommittee for the 14th Party Congress, chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Subcommittee.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive approach of the Sub-committee members in implementing the assigned tasks. He affirmed that, despite the large volume of work and numerous specific requirements, the ministries and departments had successfully achieved the set goals and plans.

Regarding future tasks, the Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee requested that all units focus intensely on information and propaganda work, especially the peak propaganda campaign aimed at highlighting the country's socio-economic development achievements and the historical significance of this Congress. Content, operational scenarios, and service plans need to be thoroughly reviewed to ensure scientific accuracy, precision, and flexibility in all situations.

The Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee also noted that the completion of technical infrastructure, landscaping, and cultural and artistic programs to welcome the Congress must ensure solemnity, economy, and compliance with regulations. In addition, logistics and protocol work need to be coordinated smoothly, creating the most favorable conditions for the delegations attending the Congress. In particular, strict control of technical and security procedures is necessary to ensure absolute security and safety before, during, and after the Congress.

With thorough preparation, Comrade Tran Cam Tu expressed confidence that the 14th National Congress would be a great success, ushering in a new phase of development for the country.
