Hai Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation One-Member Limited Company is proactively implementing preparations for flood prevention and control during the 2026 rainy season.

The Hai Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation One-Member Limited Company is responsible for the largest area of ​​drainage service among the six irrigation works exploitation units in Hai Phong, covering over 105,000 hectares of agricultural land. Before the start of this year's rainy season, the unit inspected and reviewed all combined irrigation and drainage pumping stations. All pumps used for drainage have been inspected and maintained according to regulations.

The electrical cabinets are thoroughly inspected to ensure safe operation.

All combined irrigation and drainage pumping stations have undergone trial operation after repairs were completed.

Many pumping stations have completed maintenance and repairs.

Eleven irrigation works exploitation enterprises under the Hai Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation One-Member Limited Company have completed the development of their emergency response plans for this year's rainy and stormy season (from May 15th to October 31st).
