
As expected, Toyota Prius continues to top the list thanks to its consumption of only 4.1 liters/100 km. This is a pioneer in the hybrid line and has affirmed its position for over 20 years. Prius also set a Guinness World Record with a record low consumption of 2.5 liters/100 km under ideal conditions.

The Elantra Hybrid Blue version stands out for its highway fuel economy of only 4.0 liters/100 km. This version also has the advantage of competitive price and high reliability, making it an ideal choice for those who need an economical car but still comfortable for daily travel.

Although not as famous as Toyota or Honda, Kia Niro Hybrid impresses with its stable low fuel consumption of only 4.4 liters/100km in all conditions. With its compact design, ease of use and high fuel economy, this is a smart choice for urban consumers.

In some markets, the LE version of the 2025 Camry is equipped with a standard hybrid system, allowing the car to travel more than 1,000 km on a single tank of gas. The Camry Hybrid in Vietnam has two variants, using a 2.5L engine combined with an electric motor, priced at 1.46 and 1.53 billion VND respectively.

The 2025 Civic Hybrid is considered the “best compact sedan in its segment”, with an enjoyable driving experience and high level of perfection. The car consumes an average of only 4.8 liters/100 km and is currently distributed in Vietnam under the name Civic e:HEV RS with a price of nearly 1 billion VND.

Positioned in the D-class sedan segment, the Accord Hybrid scores with its spacious space, modern equipment and smooth operation. Fuel consumption of 4.9 liters/100 km makes the car a strong competitor in the large hybrid sedan segment.

Although not strong in performance, the Corolla Hybrid stands out thanks to its high durability, low operating costs and reasonable price. In Vietnam, the Corolla Altis 1.8HEV version has a fuel consumption of only 4.76 liters/100 km and a listed price of about 870 million VND.

The D-class sedan from Korea scores points thanks to its fuel economy on the highway (4.6 liters/100 km) and an overall average of only 5.0 liters/100 km. This is a suitable choice for those who often travel long distances and need a car that operates smoothly and stably.

Although heavier than the Toyota Camry due to being equipped with many high-end amenities, the Lexus ES300h still achieves a respectable fuel consumption of only 5.3 liters/100 km. This is the most economical hybrid luxury sedan today. It is expected that from 2026, the ES will enter a new generation with a strongly upgraded hybrid powertrain.

The mildly upgraded version of the Lexus UX is equipped with the same powertrain as the Toyota Prius and Corolla Hybrid, combined with a new lithium-ion battery. Compared to the old UX250h, the UX300h has significantly improved performance and continues to be a worthy choice in the small luxury crossover segment. The car has a fuel consumption of only 5.5 liters / 100 km.
