Samsung launches One UI 8 Watch with a series of health features such as antioxidant measurement, running coaching, sleep guidance and vascular load measurement.

Samsung officially announced One UI 8 Watch with many smart health care features for Galaxy Watch.

The Antioxidant Index measures carotenoids, antioxidants that help reduce free radicals and slow aging.

Users simply place their thumb on the BioActive sensor to take a measurement in 5 seconds.

Bedtime Guidance analyzes your sleep cycle and recommends an ideal bedtime based on data from the last 3 days.

Running Coach creates personalized training plans for your fitness level, from 5K to marathon.

Vascular Load measures vascular load during sleep, helping to detect potential cardiovascular risks earlier.

The watch requires the user to wear it for at least 3 days within a 14-day period to display full data.

One UI 8 Watch will launch alongside the Galaxy Watch 8 and update older models in the coming weeks.
