Accordingly, Can Tho City will organize visits to martyr cemeteries in Can Tho City; organize incense offering ceremonies for President Ho Chi Minh at Uncle Ho Temple in Luong Tam Commune, An Thanh Commune and Uncle Ho Monument in Ninh Kieu Wharf, Ninh Kieu Ward.
Can Tho City solemnly organized the Meeting to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) at 7:00 p.m., September 2, at the main stage - Tay Do Park, Hung Phu Ward.

The live broadcast of the art program to welcome the festival will begin at 8:00 p.m. on September 2 (right after the end of the meeting). The program will be held at 3 locations: Tay Do Park (Hung Phu Ward), Xa No Park (Vi Tan Ward) and Urban Area 5A (Phu Loi Ward), with a duration of about 90 minutes. Immediately after the end of the art program and the fireworks display, with a high-altitude point at Tay Do Park and 2 low-altitude points at Xa No Park and Urban Area 5A.
The meeting program, live television broadcast of the art program and fireworks display will be broadcast live on Can Tho Newspaper and Radio and Television.
Also according to this plan, Can Tho City People's Committee requested Can Tho Newspaper, Radio and Television to organize and implement information and propaganda work on the anniversary activities in accordance with the direction of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee. Broadcast live the anniversary ceremony, parade, march and national art program organized by the Central Government.
