Ha Tinh City has just issued a document on arranging flower and ornamental plant business locations to serve the 2024 Lunar New Year. Accordingly, 8 locations are allowed to trade flowers and ornamental plants, starting from January 20, 2024 to 5:30 p.m. on February 9, 2024 (ie from December 10 to 30).

Business locations will be arranged according to a diagram, ensuring regulations on traffic safety, environmental hygiene and being suitable for people to shop.

The City People's Committee assigned the Urban Management Department and relevant localities to develop plans, schemes, and layouts of flower and ornamental plant selling points in their areas of management to ensure they are suitable to actual conditions. At the same time, widely inform people and guide them, creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to register and conduct flower and ornamental plant trading business.

For flowers and ornamental plants grown in production models in the city, products produced by the city's ornamental plant association, the City People's Committee assigns wards and communes to review and register the list to be arranged and assigned convenient locations to ensure compliance with regulations.
