According to the Hai Duong City Economic Department, the Hai Duong City People's Committee has agreed to allow My Khanh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to organize the 2025 Lunar New Year flower market and display ornamental plants and handicrafts on the land plot on Ton Duc Thang Street (near the Eastern Region Cultural Center). My Khanh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company must dismantle the structures before 6 PM on January 28, 2025.

This business will set up 43 stalls, including 10 stalls selling orchids, peach blossoms, and apricot blossoms; 12 stalls selling handicrafts and gemstones; and the remaining stalls selling kumquats, pomelos, etc.

The People's Committee of Hai Duong City requires My Khanh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to adhere strictly to the purpose, location, and timeframe of the event. They must implement measures to ensure environmental hygiene, arrange stalls in a scientific , clean, beautiful, and civilized manner; and ensure security, fire prevention, and electrical safety during the event.

The area where My Khanh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company organizes the Tet flower market is located in the vacant land adjacent to the Eastern Region Cultural Center.

The company must deploy personnel at intersections with Thanh Nien and Ton Duc Thang roads to manage traffic flow, prevent congestion, and ensure security and order inside and outside the area where the 2025 Spring Flower Market is held...

Besides the flower market run by My Khanh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, Hai Duong City also has a privately owned area for selling Tet flowers located north of Truong Chinh Street. This area is where households conduct business on their family land, under the management of Tan Binh Ward People's Committee. The Tan Binh Ward People's Committee will deploy police and regulations enforcement forces to regularly inspect and ensure urban order, environmental hygiene, and traffic safety in this area.

For the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon 2024, Hai Duong City also has two flower markets at these locations.
