Ho Chi Minh City to launch fireworks at 4 locations on National Day September 2

On the afternoon of August 21, a representative of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City said that on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the city organized many meaningful activities.

Specifically, the exhibition program is held at the Nguyen Hue pedestrian area (from Ngo Duc Ke Street to Ton Duc Thang Street), Dong Khoi Street, Saigon Ward and No. 01 Ba Cu Street, Vung Tau Ward. The "Golden Opportunity" TV Bridge program is held at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

People and tourists will be able to watch fireworks on National Day, September 2.

Cultural and artistic activities such as: The 20th Golden Bell Gala in 2025; Special art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Cultural and artistic activities are held at the pedestrian area of ​​Nguyen Hue Street (intersection with Huynh Thuc Khang Street), Saigon Ward; Outdoor stage - New City Central Park, Binh Duong Ward; Thuy Van Square, Vung Tau Ward.

Many communes and wards also organize art performances. In particular, the art fireworks display program with 3 high-altitude points and 1 low-altitude point will be held from 9:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. on September 2, 2025. 3 high-altitude fireworks display locations include: The area at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel, An Khanh ward; New City Center Area, Binh Duong ward; Back Beach Central Square, Vung Tau ward and 1 low-altitude fireworks display location at Dam Sen Cultural Park, Binh Thoi ward.
